Description:

DAI’s Corporate Recruitment team is seeking an intern to provide a wide variety of administrative, technical, and clerical duties to support the overall function of the department. Responsibilities will include:

•Posting position descriptions to corporate, compliance-related, and industry specific websites upon receiving approved requisitions

•Scheduling and coordinating interviews and assessments for final candidates

•Conducting reference checks through electronic systems

•Maintaining lists of postings, advertisement resources, and other critical outreach information

•Tracking invoices for job postings

•Serving as a main point of contact for agencies and advertisement venues

•Following up with Candidates and Hiring Managers regarding status of requested information/documents as needed

•Corresponding with candidates throughout all the stages of recruitment

•Assisting with general recruiting inquires from applicants, candidates, and DAI staff from various levels of the organization

•Performing other support tasks as required

 

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, international studies or a relevant discipline required;

•Minimum of 6 months – 1 year of work experience in administrative function;

•Excellent communication and writing skills required;

•Strong organizational skills;

•Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines;

•Ability to communicate in a timely and professional manner with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and outside vendors;

•Must feel comfortable working in various electronic database management systems;

•Must be authorized to work in the US.
