General Overview of the Position:
The role of this position holder is responsible for analyzing systems requirements and examine existing technology systems and business models relevant for the company.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
- Devise ways to add new functionality to existing systems developed and / or managed by the company
- Research emerging technology trends and propose to the line manager if adopting them increases the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
- Document system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions
- Defines application problem by brainstorming with clients; evaluating procedures and processes
- Develops solution concept notes by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
- Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers
- Prepares and executes test cases for platforms developed by the company
- Ensures successful delivery of projects by training client personnel; providing support
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Develop and manage knowledge base (KB) of products and projects managed by the company
Job Requirements
Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge in Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Development Process and Software Requirements
- Business process modeling

Preferred Educational Background:
Bachelor degree from reputable institute in any of the following fields;
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Business Information Systems
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Information Management Systems
